Larry Yarborough
Chaplain, YMCA of Middle Tennesse
I am the Chaplain for the YMCA of Middle Tennessee in Nashville, TN. I am a graduate of Samford University (BA, Birmingham, AL) and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (ThM, New Orleans, LA). I also attended leadership studies at Tennessee State University (Nashville, TN). I retired from LifeWay Christian Resources (Nashville, TN) where I served for 37 years. I began my chaplaincy ministry with the YMCA in January, 2007.
My wife and life sweetheart, Eleanor and I have been married for 48 years. I enjoy distance running, hiking, reading, riding my motorcycle, and spending time with my five grandchildren.
