Christian Leadership Conference (CLC):

The YMCA Rag / Leather Program has been an effective tool in promoting one on one counseling and personal growth. The program is designed to help people take a closer look at  themselves in relationship to their own strengths and weaknesses, religious beliefs and relationships that surround them. It provides an opportunity to promote positive growth.

 Journey To Freedom:

LIFE GETS MESSY. WE CAN HELP. A small but mighty program that started in a meeting room at a YMCA in Nashville, Tennessee has exploded to become one of the most talked-about resources available to break the life-controlling issues we all face. Be it fear, loneliness, shame, addiction, grief or the many other emotional or physical strong-holds, Journey to Freedom has helped guide thousands of men, women and families to complete hope, healing, and restoration.

 New Canaan Society:

The New Canaan Society is a gathering of men who want to experience life-changing relationships with each other under the umbrella of a friendship with Jesus. NCS is not a church group, a bible study, an accountability group, a speaker forum or a men’s fellowship. It’s just men joined by the common desire to experience deep and lasting friendships, with each other and with Jesus. NCS is a deliberate community of opportunity. It’s an opportunity for friendships that result from transparency and authenticity. It’s an opportunity to do some good for yourself and others through honesty, authenticity, fellowship and worship. It’s an opportunity to deepen your relationship with Jesus. And it’s an opportunity to make a real difference in our families, communities and the marketplace. NCS believes that the goal of transformed lives is revealing the Kingdom on earth and NCS men desire to make that happen.

Stephen Ministry:

The Stephen Series is a complete system for training and organizing lay people to provide one-to-one Christian care to hurting people in and around your congregation. The Stephen Series provides congregations with the structure, training, and resources to set up and administer a complete system for lay caring ministry (called Stephen Ministry) in the congregation. In Stephen Ministry congregations, lay caregivers (called Stephen Ministers) provide one-to-one Christian care to the bereaved, hospitalized, terminally ill, separated, divorced, unemployed, relocated, and others facing a crisis or life challenge. Stephen Ministry helps pastors and congregations provide quality caring ministry for as long as people need it.

The Truth Project:

In a recent study, the Barna Research Group revealed a stunning statistic that continues to reverberate throughout the evangelical world. Only 9 percent of professing Christians have a biblical worldview. Because of this, today’s believers live very similarly to non-believers. A personal sense of significance is rarely experienced, we spend our money and time on things that fail to satisfy and we begin to wonder what life’s ultimate purpose really is. We are, in short, losing our bearings as a people and a nation. To counter this slide within the body of Christ, we are launching one of the most ambitious and powerful projects in the history of our ministry—Focus on the Family’s The Truth Project.
